This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data Enably processes on behalf of our customers (Customer Data) in our capacity as a processor. Your use of the Enably Engine Subscription Service as a customer of Enably is covered under the Enably Product Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Enably collects data to make sure our services function effectively and that we can give you the best possible experience. Some of this information you provide to us directly, for example when you sign up download a guide, register for an event, or contact us for support.
We receive part of the information by registering how you interact with our Services, for example by using web technology like cookies on our sites and by receiving user data from program software that runs on your device. We use the data we collect through our interactions with you on our home page, emails and third party websites, to show advertisements. For example to:

Enably uses cookies to improve services and the user experience on our website and to perform necessary business operations, as well as provide statistics on the usage of the home page or service.

Use of Mautic Marketing Automation Software
This website uses Mautic, a Marketing Automation Software provided by open source community Mautic.org
We use the data collected by Mautic to track the user behavior of visitors to our website. Mautic uses cookies. Through the use of cookies within the framework of Mautic, your IP address is recorded and transmitted to a server hosted by our Cloud Service Provider, Digital Ocean. By submitting your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storing and processing of your data in our Cloud Services hosted in northern Europe (Netherlands). We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (” Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. We use the data collected by Google Analytics cookies to track the user behavior of visitors to our website. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google.

Media

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
