This Product Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Enably Engine Subscription Service as a customer of Enably AB with company registration number 559164-9800 and VAT: SE559164980001 . This Product Privacy Policy describes how we process Customer Data on behalf of our customers in connection with the Enably Engine Subscription Services. This Product Privacy Policy does not apply to any information or data collected by Enably as a controller for other purposes, such as information collected on our websites or through other channels for marketing purposes. Enably processes Customer Data under the direction of our Customers, and has no direct control or ownership of the personal data we process on behalf of our customers. Customers are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the personal data to Enably for processing purposes.
We periodically update this Product Privacy Policy. We will post any changes on this page.

The Subscription Service
Our online Subscription Service allows users to create and share communication material such as e-mails, webpages, forms, textmessages etc. The Subscription Service can be used to help organize data about a company’s progression in change. The information added to the Subscription Service, either by employees providing their personal information or when a Subscription Service user adds the information, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. Enably provides the Subscription Service to our customers for their own communication and feedback needs.
Use by our customers
Our customers use the Subscription Service to build webpages and email communication that stakeholders can take part of to learn more about their business and change ventures. When customers use the Subscription Service, they may collect Personal Data such as first and last name, email address, business unit, or role etc. Enably does not control the content of these webpages or the types of Personal Data that our customers may choose to collect or manage using the Subscription Service. That Personal Data is controlled by them and is used, disclosed and protected by them according to their privacy policies. Enably processes our customers’ information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers, and we store it on our service providers’ servers.
Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the Subscription Service, as permitted by this Product Privacy Policy, and as required by law.
We have no direct relationship with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers. Our customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating information they have collected from using the Subscription Service.

Customer Data collected during your use of the Subscription Service is retained for as long as you have a paid Subscription and/or remain an active customer in your portal. Your data is deleted upon your written request or after an established period following the termination of all customer agreements. In general, Customer Data is deleted after your paid Subscription ends and your portal becomes inactive.

Access by you to your account is available through a password and your email as provided to us by your organization. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone, that you change your password often using a combination of both capital letters and small letters, numbers and special characters and that you ensure you use a secure web browser. We cannot be held accountable for activity that results from your own neglect to safeguard the secrecy of your password and email. If you share a computer with anyone, you should always log out of your account after you are finished in order to prevent access to your information from subsequent users of that computer.
Please notify Customer Support from anywhere in the Services or from our helpcenter as soon as possible if your username or password is compromised.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal data in all possible ways we can, you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your personal data in our control may have been compromised, we will try to notify you. To the extent you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email and you agree to our use of email as a means of such notification.

We do not share personal data with third parties.

We do not sell, trade, rent or disclose your information to others. We will only disclose personal data in the following circumstances:
• if it is required by law enforcement or judicial authorities, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation;
• if we have a good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process;
• to protect our rights, reputation, property or the safety of us or others;
• to defend or enforce our rights or your obligations;
• if the disclosure is required by mandatory professional standards;
• to a third party with your prior consent to do so; or
• if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to enforce or apply any contracts or agreement that may exist between you and us including this Privacy Policy.

In the event that Enably decides to sell all or part of its stock or assets or enter into a merger, we reserve the right to include your and your organizations data, including personal data, among the assets transferred to the acquiring or surviving company.
